Adverse Weather Policy

This explains our adverse weather, due to the unpredictable weather we shall monitor the forecast in the days leading up to the camps. On the day of the camp we shall inform parents by email if the camp will be cancelled, if you do not hear anything then the camp is going ahead.

In the unfortunate event that the camps will be called off we shall hold your space until the next camp either in May half term or in the Summer. Or we can refund your payment. This will be done within a fortnight.

Our Safeguarding Policy

Your children's well being is very important to us. This is why we have a designated welfare officer and all of our coaches have safeguarding training and DBS checks.

In the event that you have to cancel your place on a camp, we require a minimum of 3 days notice in order to qualify for a refund. If you are cancelling because you suspect that you or the participant have COVID-19 symptoms we will require to see the test result.

Privacy/Data Policy

We will not share your data with any other party, we hold the data for our safeguarding and welfare purposes and to contact you via email if permission is given. By subscribing to our mailing list you consent to us email you about future events.
