At the performance experience we have age groups: U14, U16 and U18. This experience is for those who are/aspiring to county, regional and national level. This experience is designed to push your hockey knowledge further and broaden your understanding of what it takes to be a hockey athlete. This experience has been fully booked previously and was a fantastic day with lots of learning and fun. We cannot wait to have another great set of camps in Summer.
This summer we are running two connected performance experience days. We are running the same style: technical skills and gameplay followed by lunch and a mindset talk and strength and conditioning. Then back on the pitch for focused, purposeful gameplay covering presses from zonal or player to player presses, different formations, and structures and how that changes leading patterns and out letting structures. This will be recorded for analysis and shown at the second day in August to aid your understanding.
We will be covering technical skills such as highly skilled ball carry, receiving and reverse hitting consistency, talks and introductions to strength and conditioning and an athlete’s mindset. Then into purposeful and intense game play.
The days will be:
26th July 10:00 - 15:00
23rd Aug 10:00 - 15:00
Location: Old Schools Lane, Ewell, Surrey, KT17 1TJ
If you can only attend one day, then you can select the 26th of July or the 23rd of August. For the one day booking option (it says july 26th but you can book onto the august 23rd day just let us know on the booking form). We do recommend attending both to utilise the video analysis. Any questions please let us know.
